The Story of A Hijaber.

Image
That was just, priceless. Remembering her facial expression when she first saw me without the head scarf on (that was inadvertently shown), I can't help but to keep on grinning. Read, "she", meaning to say it's a girl. A girl looking at another girl and yet she was totally astounded. Not because of that external factor or something called beauty (lol I'm too far from it), but it's because of the fact that I'm a hijaber - donning my  hijab 24/7 whenever and wherever I have to, and I tell you what, I am proud to do so. "You know some Muslim girls don't wear the head scarves because they don't want to. It's like, you're wearing your hijab and so, it is hijab- ing your beauty. Something like that. " I chuckled over her statements. Well it's a Non-Muslim questioning the "Did-Islam-teach-you-that" act of certain Muslim girls. "Don't you wanna go out and show to the world out there how beautiful you are w...

I'M BACK!

Image
::30.03.2014:: ::22:00:: Ahhhhhh I'm so stoked right now! It's been so long (one year plus in fact) since I last posted an entry to my blog. Well who knows this gal actually forgot her own blog -and its password, certainly. I've retrieved that anyway, and here I am peeps. How's life? *He-He, as if I'm gonna get a reply for that question pfft* Whatever. I was wondering if this entry should be named Blogger's Corner III, but I reckon the above title is totally an apt choice to fit the current situation perfectly. The blogger is now officially back! *self-applause and cheers* So, what have I missed out so far? Let me think. Hurmmm *scrolls up and down* I bought myself a new phone. New shoes. New apparels. New spectacles (I've even started wearing contact lenses too!). What remains the same then? Me! Or maybe no. So many things have changed within the short time frame, despite of the fact that it is just a year that had actually passed by. But may...

Let Us Talk More About This;

Image
A   T   E   L   O   P   H  O   B   I  A  A-telephone-phobia.  A- telur -phobia. A- telo -phobia.  Have you ever feel like you're the worst person in this life? Worst in terms of your academic or work performances. Worst in terms of social behaviors. Worst in terms of speaking ability. Worst in terms of soft skills. Worst in terms of financial matter. Worst in terms of personal issues, you know, like being sloven and unkempt perhaps. You go like "Ah, I just can't help myself to do this thing better.", something like that.  Or maybe it's like this. You think you are good enough, but suddenly that thought fades away when it happens that you meet someone way better than you. Comparisons are odious *yea, I know that* but let's be frank. Bullshit if you just keep cool over it (Pardon my French!). Won't you feel envious over someone that possesses something better...

Ini Kisah Saya: Seorang Hamba. Seorang Pelajar.

Image

Happy New Year Miss Eve~

Image
It took me one year to finish preparing these things for her! Phew~ What things?*excited mode* A rectangular card. A smaller box in a bigger box. A set of glittering pink brooch (as sweet as her). Bug-repellent, haha (FOC, it came along with the boxes). A year? Are you kidding? For sure I am, lol. Raymond and I bought the things earlier, around mid-October if I am not mistaken. However, due to time limitation and constriction, we had no choice but to put the things on hold until we got the right time to pass the gifts to this special lady. And yea, October was in 2012. Right now, we are in the middle of January, and it is 2013, in case if you don't realize it. See? 2012 till 2013, it is still considered as a year gap, literally. Special lady? Care to share? Since this is a special entry, which is specially written, for this special young lady, of course I've gotta tell you guys more and more about her specialty. This lady was one of our lecturers during our third se...

-Blogger's Corner II-

Image
Hi there, how are you doing now? I hate this kind of question. How am I supposed to answer it? I'm doing great now, except for the part that I feel stressed over a few things like group work, group project and some other stuffs. You are not that type of person who doesn't know how to manage the stress very well. What happened? Teamwork. I despise it so much at the moment that I don't even feel like talking bout it. STRESS! =D Okay then, let's not talk about it. Have you eaten? What the... Haha, I'm just kidding. If, if you are given 5000 bucks right now, for free, what would you do with the money? 5000 bucks? For free? Whoa, that's not a huge sum of money as compared to 1 million bucks. But still, it's for free *Who's that generous to be giving me that money for free anyway? Kinda impossible* Hmm, *pressing the calculator and jotting down something* I'll keep the money in my bank account. You know, 5000 bucks is not even enough for me t...

Documentary of Bukit Melawati

Image
This is another group project for this semester - MALB113 or simply said, Bahasa Melayu Korporat. We had two options initially, either to come up with a documentary pertaining the heritage of Malaysia or a corporate video pertaining to the organisation at UNITEN itself. The fact that the corporate video would be too formal makes us choosing the documentary as the focus of our group project this time. Speaking of the heritage of Mala ysia, it is actually too broad and too general for us to talk about in one short video. It could be anything like cultural tradition such as food, dance, musical instruments, unspoiled countryside, or maybe historic building or city that is so called as heritage. Therefore, we have to narrow the scope of the documentary down by specifying a topic to be focused on in that video. Bukit Melawati or Altinberg Fort which is located at Kuala Selangor topped the vote as the chosen heritage during our first group discussion. Oh yea, this project contributes...
